Here’s the trailer for the brilliant ‘Tiny Furniture’, which I’ve just been to see at The Lexi cinema in Kensal Rise (parenthetically also want to co-blog about this cinema which features armchairs, coffee tables, bottles of not-crap wine, and tickets for a fiver).

Tiny Furniture is a wonderfully subtle but still hilarious movie by Lena Dunham (girl crush), focussing on the painfully awkward stage between that hard earned and ultimately useless degree, and the rest of our lives (being a grown up etc etc). Beautifully observed, nicely shot, created by a genius of our time: go go go see it.

1000 favourite-independent-film-of-the-year-so-far Cool Points.

PS I got the word ‘parenthetically’ from the film too, and it will feature in my vocabulary from here on in, so probs best to learn to deal with that sooner rather than later.

PPS the word ‘co-blog’ is entirely of my own creation, and one I may or may not live to regret.
